Tomorrow is Pray Day for Danny.
He is weary.
He is tired.
Constant trying with slow like molasses in winter progress is discouraging.
And, I wave my pom poms.
It would be easy to quit.
To accept it as done. As good as it gets.
But, God sent us a letter.
And, Corbin writes him a love note.
So, he puts his head down and does it again, and again, and again.
With hope. With determination. With exhaustion.
He does it.
He steps. He shifts. He swims. He squats. He side steps. He climbs steps.
But, he is weary.
Will you pray? Will you tell him not to quit? Can you send an email with encouragement? Can you give $10 on the 10th?
Will you wave your pom poms? Will you believe for him when he can’t believe for himself?
Maybe you think we should move on. Maybe you think we should be content with the progress he’s made.
Tell me.
What is your freedom worth?
Three women in Ohio and their families never gave up their hope for freedom.
For ten years.
This has been a long journey, obviously. No doubt, you’re probably sick of us asking for prayer or writing about how hard life is.
Honestly, yes. There are people that have it worse.
Take those three women, held in a basement, beaten, raped, and starved for instance. I’d say they had it worse than us.
Take the many people held captive in human trafficking or many imprisoned for their Christian faith. Certainly worse than us.
The truth is that we all have a story. We all have a hard road to walk at some point in our lives. If you haven’t gotten there yet, you will. And, I pray that there are people that will come and sow into your lives to fulfill the needs you have. We have to be strong when others are weak. We have to lend a hand when someone can’t do it on their own.
We have been blessed. We are blessed.
But, Danny could use a little cheering up. Can you wave your pom poms? Mine are tired.
Lastly, and not any less importantly, but Danny is having some tummy troubles too. I don’t know if it’s medication, diet, stress or a combination of them all. However, it’s really discouraging for him and hard to manage when he can’t take care of it himself.
Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.
Are you In on 10?
Danny and Allison,
We are inspired by you guys and pray for you all the time. The progress you have made is amazing, and we pray that it continues and gets even faster.
By the way, Brayden and all of us think a lot of Corbin. If there is ever anything we can do to help with Corbin or anything else, let us know.

Dear Danny and Allison,
I don’t believe anyone is tired of you. Your story is EPIC! Real people fighting incredible circumstances and NEVER giving up! Tomorrow I will pray for Danny and you and Corbin. We will also send you guys some $$ 🙂 I think of the quote in Robin Hood…”Rise and rise again, until lambs become lions!” You are both lionhearts!!!
Love and prayers,
Rhonda and Paul
It is written: in your weakness He is made strong. May the Jesus in you and Danny rise up in full strength and amaze you and all those who observe! You are lionhearted! Thank you Rhonda!!!! We are in every day-not just on the 10th!!
