Today, Danny and I both get to share the journey with others.

It’s about telling His story through us and it is amazing to see the Lord opening the doors for us to do just that.

This afternoon, Danny will be sharing with a youth group from Puerto Rico.  I will not be able to be there because it begins at 2pm.  If you read this before then, please pray for him.  I’m sure he’s a bit nervous.

Danny was never one to stand (or sit) in front of a crowd and speak.  Even at our rehearsal dinner, I spoke for us.

But, today, I’m so excited that Danny has to be the one to share and I’m praying that the Lord will speak through him to reach these kids.

This evening, I’m attending a Party with a Purpose.

My good friend is an Arbonne Consultant and uses her business to help others.  So, tonight, I get to share and then 20% of the sales are going to help pay for Danny’s therapy expenses.

I beginning to see a trend.

Yesterday, the door was opened for me to tell our story, twice.

The first lady encouraged me.  After teaching kids with disabilities for more than 20 years, she said that she was confident that Danny was going to be fine.  I’ll receive that!

Secondly, I shared with a co-worker, who asked me how I do this.  And, since she asked, I told her that it was first my relationship with Jesus and secondly, our families and support system.

Praying today that the Lord would speak through us, telling His story of love and faithfulness, His story of mercy and grace, through our journey.

    Hi guys,
Reading this is very encouraging. I will share the website with my class, I hope you do not mind.
At church this morning a thought came to my mind: Focus in the kingdom of God and all these things will be given to you. I have no idea why this came to me, because the talk was about Love but after reading a few of your posts I see a bit more into the reason for the thought. We all must use every circumstance, every opportunity to share God’s love for us. In everything we do, work, hanging out, playing, whaterver it is, sharing our own stories will inevitably show God’s care and deep love for us. Thank you for helping me hear His voice more clearly. It is my hope and prayer that God will continue taking care of you and making Danny’s progress a reality.
    Take care.
    Gus.
